I have no idea if this stuff works, but my doctor tells me to Saw Palmetto. It is as advertised. Only issue is that it is very expensive for only 30 pills. But keep in mind none of the powdered Saw Palmetto products have the intact active ingredients, but this one does since it is processed properly.

This product has been very helpful in dealing with my prostate issue. I would highly recommend it .

I gave it four stars only because I take it with another supplement (My Bladder) so I'm not sure how it would work on its own.

I bought these for my husband he's 38 about 260 lbs. He gets up every night multiple times and has to pee. So I thought it might be a prostate problem. He went to the doctor and they told him it was inflammation but only slightly. So we opted to try the natural route since it wasn't severe. He hates taking any kind of medication and it's a fight everytime. But I was tired of getting woke up every night when he went to the bathroom. So I told him he had to do something about it. When I found this and the dosage was only one pill. I was so happy because most where four at a time and I knew he wouldn't take them regularly. So I thought maybe he wouldn't complain about one tiny pill and take it everyday. Which is absolutely necessary for medication like these. Well he did and it's been a month but he's still using the bathroom every night but not as much. So yeah they work but not as strongly as we would like. Maybe he needs to take them longer for the full effect I don't know but if I can get him to take any meds it needs to work or the fights not worth it.

I have been using flomentum at my Urologist suggestion for about 3 years. I did an experiment a year ago and stopped taking it - thinking maybe it wasn't doing anything. Within a month - my symptoms became significantly worse - restricted flow and sense of urgency. I went back to taking it and resumed my new normal. It isn't magic - it doesnt cure - but it I believe it has bought me at least 3 years delay so far in having to go on prescription meds or have a surgical procedure.

Very expensive and have seen NO RESULTS IN 90 days
