Doesn't Work
This is second pair of Beats X headphones that Im returning. Both didn't work right out of box. When charging the LED cycles between red and white several times then settles on white. According to Apple this indicates a bad battery. Do Not Buy Renewed products from Amazon!

Good for tiny ears, not so good for long listens
Most earbud hurt my tiny ear holes but these were comfortable and blocked out environmental noise. Mine were refurbs so maybe that had something to do with it, but the charges lasted maybe 6 hours max. More like 4 1/2-5. I returned them.

They have great audio and noise cancellation. I love these headphones and they fit good in my ears.

Just got these today!! So far so good however u find it weird that these didn't come with a manual *scratches head*

Got better
The media could not be loaded. Got em was all excited. But not charging cord luckily have i phone so charged fully got excited again. Dont work at all. Pushed button no light phone dont read em so no connect. 😡 worst exchange or return policy ever.Update it got better they sent me new ones and refunded my money too. After i gave bad review and super complained to them and amazon. But finally did what was rite. Over and above in the end.
