I was wondering how you could make pumpkin cake 50 ways .But after looking through book I realized theres lots and they sound great and I can't wait to try it. I couldn't have thought them all up'!

These recipes each call for a tin of pumpkin puree which as an avid shopper I have never seen. I suppose you could order from Amazon but am not sure that pumpkin cakes would be worth it.Update, 2 months later and I found some pumpkin puree in Waitrose. Woot-woot! Can now try some of these recipes!
