Natural Handmade Bamboo Cup for CoffeeTea Gifting and Collectables

It is a teacup arrived with a broke handle and had a powdery substance I hope was not harmful. Needless to say I washed anywhere that touched the substance and then put on gloves and ran the cup under an outside faucet. Only reson for 1 start is they won't let me give no stars. Amazon should check there warehouse inventory and make sure the powdery substance isn't harmful
