Since this was the second of this style of bag I tried I gave this a little time to wow me or piss me off.The first one (from a different vendor) was returned for quality and odor issues.This one came well packaged (including a note from the vendor) and the initial appearance and smell were good.The (goat) leather does not have a lingering unpleasant smell like the previous and the glue adhering the canvas inner to the leather is well distributed and does not seep out.I love the style and roominess of this bag.It fits my 15.5" laptop and all my auxiliary cables and drives with room to spare for documents.Over all I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

At first glance this appears to be a nice bag. But that is where anything positive that could be said about this product STOPS!The bag is made from very thin pieces of leather adhered to a canvas backing for strength. And the leather was not tanned correctly so it SMELLS horrible (even months after). This tanning chemical(s) weeps out of the leather onto everything it touches (both inside and out of the bag) and stains your papers, clothes and even the floor or walls it finds contact with. The carrying strap is ridiculously thin and is unable to sustain the bag’s weight when loaded with your laptop and papers......stretching out and loosing it’s width, turning into a kind of “spaghetti” strap. The “hardware” on this bag is nothing more than brass wire formed into “buckles”, which are near useless because that twist and roll within the carrying handle and strap once the leather stretches out.Long-Story-Short…… complete garbage!!!

Looks great. Functional for light users - cannot hold up with continuous full load. Our top strap broke after almost no usage. Small chunks of leather easily fell/chipped off. Very strong smell. I would not recommend.

Great gift for our realtor. He found us a great home and raked the former owner over the coals on the deal making. We wanted to get him an iPhone case...he bought a new iPhone. So we got him this.

I've had this bag since December of 2015 and while it's a beautiful bag it's not functional. The biggest flaws is the oily chemical that was used. It stains your paper and magazine that you keep inside and it has never dried up to this day! I had it outside to dry for two days to no avail. Second it has no support for the bag to stand and finally the strap is weak and gets tangled easily. Like I said beautiful bag but the negatives out way the good.

Good bag, single width, have to put the laptop in the same section as the power brick, but it all fits, good quality. Only one thing I'm thinking about altering is the strap, if it was detachable with buckles, I'd like that better.

So disappointed when I received the bag. Leather was stiff as a board. The vintage look in the photo is awesome - that is not what you will receive. Spend a bit more on genuine quality leather, it will be worth it.

The buckles pin tends to unlock. The leather is to rugged.
