I like old fashioned, not authentic shredded mozz
By old fashioned I mean in the 1980's there were some shredded mozz brands that put a nice layer of film on top of your pizza and it was fun. Not authentic at all, but i like that.

Good stuff
Good and fresh mozzarella cheese.As good as bigger name brands? Dont think so, but overall it was pretty good.Most of the cheese was clumped together however, but it wasn't an issue for me.
