The belt is of a soft material (think dry fit type of material). I has two zip pockets on opposite sides of the belt.You step into it, bring it up to your waist and you would not know you even had it on. Hugs to the body really well, without squeezing.I bought the black and you would not actually know if just passing that I was wearing it, though it is covered by my t-shirt when out for a run....and so onto running with the belt.I put my phone in and it fit into the belt easily. My Moto G5S plus is 154x76x8 mm if it helps with thinking about sizing for your phone. There is room in the pouch that the phone could have been bigger and still fit as the material stretches around it.I am flit between a "snug & sometimes need a belt" 34" waist and I bought the large and this fits me really well.As the belt hugs, the phone was kept firmly against me, no movement of the phone in the belt. I use with a bluetooth earphone, but it you had wired earphone you could just bring your wire up by the zip, once you have zipped nearly closed.I wore it around the band of my shorts so it did not get wet from sweat but you can wash it. No unsightly bulges from the belt either.All in all a great belt and fits really well, I would definitely recommend.

A great option for activities such as running or cycling or even to have a discreet place to store items when travelling light. The Medium size is a great fit for my 32" waist. There are zip compartments front and back which let you keep items separate and the material has plenty of give when putting in oversized items such as wallets or a bunch of keys.

Fantastic running belt! Previously had a more expensive one which used to irritate me running as it would roll up and twist round. This one arrived in time for a half marathon and it was great. Very comfortable to wear and it did not shift. I am a size 6-8, I bought the size small and I wear it on my hips. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this again.

I purchased this belt, not for running, but to wear under my T shirt and keep my phone and keys when performing in a choir. I am normally a size 10 or 12 so ordered a medium, which was just as well because it is a snug fit round the waist. A Samsung Galaxy 6 (with cover) fits in one zipped pocket and keys in the other. The belt seems to be of good quality, and hopefully should last a long time.

At last, hands and faff free running! Only piece of kit I've used that means you don't feel your phone banging or jiggling around. I wouldn't bother with the more expensive variants, it's a simple concept and this belt is well made and as advertised.I have an S7 with protective case so this will cope with most devices bar your tablet!

No stretch, unfortunately it barley got to the top of my thighs. Compared to the size of my waist it was perfect, I just couldn’t get it passed my behind to reach my waist. Tried to return it but I stupidly missed the deadline.

I bought two of these types of belts. The other I bought is sufficiently stretchy to get over my behind and sits comfortably on my waist.This particular one is not stretchy enough so I cannot get it over my behind so cannot comment on whether it is comfortable. I can get my huge phone into it - a Samsung Note 8 - but pointless if I cannot wear it.

Ordered it and as soon as I received it, I could already see stitches coming off and it certainly looked like it was gonna get very worse very quickly. Didn't waist any time, and returned the thing for a refund. It's one of those too many low-quality sub-standard products that swarm and multiply all over the internet... Thank God (or Thank Amazon), returns are free and easy. Wish I could have kept it and been refunded at the same time, I was curious to see how long it would take for the whole thing to fall apart.
