Beautiful shortbread cookies
This "cookie press" actually appears to be an Asian moon cake press but I used it for shortbread cookies and they came out beautifully. I highly recommend a cookie recipe that doesn't rise during baking so it keeps its shape. The shortbread cookies were for a tea party and they were lovely! Easy to use.

A wonderful surprise
The press is a small plastic device I was a little skeptical however the cookies came out beautiful. It was easy to use I would definitely recommend!
