Larger 3 cut through, small 9 create pop-ups
I purchased these dies primarily for the "waffle flower" (my term" which is one of the bigger 3 dies, and is shown in the center of my left photo. As you can see, these 3 dies are each about 1 1/2 in long. The 3 larger dies have inlays which can be popped out. the 9 smaller dies do not have inlays; however, they will cut around the edges to fold the inner parts up to make flowers. I tried to show this in the center photo. I was able to cut all the dies with the standard Sizzix Big Shot. However, the smaller dies were more difficult to remove. I gave this 4/5 because I had a very difficult time removing the center die of the 9-set. As you can see, there is only one hole to remove this die from the paper. Overall, though, this is a great price for the 12 dies. I don't mind them being small because I plan to use as embellishments on cards.

Cuts well.
I guess all dies really depend on the machine you're using. These cut nicely most of the time. It looks best as silhouettes though, so black cardstock is definitely needed... it won't look good any other way. These are great for making DIY cards for a guy because I have such a hard time finding something that is not girly. I like the father and son fishing one the best.

Mesli 4 pcs. cutting dies
Not what I thought they would be like. They show cards made with these dies, their cards must be real small.

Only have 1 complaint the 1 die cut is harder to cut then other 3. In the small areas always end up ripping cause it wont detatch easily. Ran it through machine many times. Still cuts the same. Other then that its pretty cool putting a card together with them. Forces me to do ink blending

Dies are good except one
The 4 die are good at cutting except the one with moon over the dock The other three cut nicely. I used a Gemini Jr and a Big Kick to try and cut out. Ran the one with the moon through the Gemini Jr twice with the metal shim and it cut pretty well not perfect but was usable

Cuts well but pieces are hard and time consuming to remove. Works great on a card.
