Great for normal and combination skin!
It has been my life's mission to find a sunscreen that is suited to my needs. I've been sensitive to the sunlight since I was a teenager. Without protection, hives and itchy dry patches appear on my skin. I have olive skin so you would think I could tolerate the sun well,, but living in Southern California has not been the best thing for my skin.Now at age 44, I thought I had used every sunscreen and snscreen+lotion combination on the market. I was lucky to have had an opportunity to try Vitamin C Day Cream at a discount and I must say I'm very pleased with it.Here is how I would describe this product:- It is not runny or liquidy. It has a creamy white texture that initially may seem to be thick. Don't let that bother you. It is not greasy at all.- The fragrance is light and almost undetectable. It is a faint cucumber/melon scent that vanishes almost immediately.- The cream feels hydrating and very light under makeup- THE BEST FEATURE: it did not bother my eyes. It is not marketed as an eye area sunscreen, but I always use my lotions around my eyes. Otehr sunscreens always burn, even though the product is not in the immediate eye area. The Vitamin C Day cream did not burn! Very nice!!Here is how this product worked for me:I have very dry skin. It is so dry that immediately after makeup removal or bathing, I must put something emolient on or I feel like my face will crack. This is a hydrating cream, but not very emolient. So, if you have normal or combination skin with surface dehydration, I would highly recommend this product. This product, applied by itself, did not work for me due to my extreme dry skin. I ended up adding my regular cream under it.I have used it consistently for about a month with no signs of irritation, dryness, oiliness, clogged pours or break outs.I defintely reccomend it!

Great moisturizing cream for dry sensitive skin!
I use this product daily and I am very pleased with the results! It provides my sensitive face skin with the moisture needed to keep it soft and not thirsty without irritation! As it says on the tube, try not to get around the eyes though. It works great and I like the light herbal fragrance of it. My sensitive face is happy. I will definitely get a larger tube when it becomes available. 5 stars all around!
