Sweeteners a a bit of a personal preference but I love this one. Good sweetness unlike other brands I’ve tried, nice crunchy texture which reminds me of sugar (this might not be for everyone). Haven’t used in hot drinks but find it works when added to things like ice cream mixes as a sugar sub or for sprinkling.

Great Truvia replacement, sufficiently sweet and no aftertaste! It’s very slightly more finely granulated in comparison to Truvia, but granulated nonetheless. £12 for 1KG is great, whereas Truvia runs you about £5 a pot of 270g, at least when it’s not on sale for 2.50. Truvia (£5) = £1.85 per 100g Castello 1:3 (£12) = £1.20 per 100g

I've tried plenty of other sweeteners throughout the years but could never find one that worked for me. They'd either make my mouth dry, or leave a terrible residual aftertaste. This stuff doesn't do any of that. It sweetens up my coffee just fine.

Hält ziemlich lange aufgrund der starken Süße. Schmeckt meiner Meinung nach nicht wirklich wie "echter Zucker", was ich persönlich in geringen Mengen als sehr lecker empfinde. Bisher konnte ich in jedem Anwendungsfall, in dem Zucker vorkommt, diesen durch den Süßstoff substituieren. Werde ich gerne erneut kaufen!
