I’m very fussy very fussy about my olive oil’s. This is a good one not very peppery on the pallet but has a nice finish to it can use for dipping or for cooking.

Madre Scilia is olive oil that my husbands family has used since they came to America. My husband's grandmother, Aunt's and Mother used this brand and nothing else. His mother could not find this brand in Florida and would pay others to get some for her when they went to New York. Now I have a reliable source and can get the oil as needed.

Good, punchy flavor. Marcella Hazan introduced me to this years ago in her early classes. Used to be avail at Todaro, NYC in bottles as well as huge tin. Very versatile. Aroma makes me swoon.

This is olive oil for olive oil lovers. It has a strong olive taste and a wonderful peppery aftertaste. Not for the meek of heart.
