The shape of this device does not offer much range for stretching- it is probably set to the normal curvature of the neck. The knobs seem to offer some pressure point relief but I was expecting more. This was not the solution for my stiff and achy neck.

Everyone with scoliosis must own at least 4 of these pillows. I wish I had one 34 years ago. It works great. The strap is so strong that I can put it up higher on my chair to support my ribs in the area of my largest spinal curve, and it doesn’t shift at all, stays in place, I haven’t had to readjust it once. It’s been the first time in my life I’ve been able to sit and work at my computer without so much debilitating pain from my scoliosis. It reduces my fatigue as it’s supporting my back and the warmth really helps out with the pain too. It’s a level of comfort I’ve never known. I would have paid more than 4 times the price. I’m going to buy more, one for my car and some for the other chairs in my house. I’ll also keep an extra one for the times I need to travel for seminars, lectures, etc. Buy this product with confidence and feel free to buy them as gifts for your friends with scoliosis or any kind of back problems too.

Great for a smaller person but not for bigger or taller people. Too small for a larger or longer neck person. They don’t even know it’s there. Maybe make a small, medium, and large size?

I searched for dark red curtains and these were an option. They are listed as burgundy but are not that purple, they are a dark red and I took the chance of trying to get close to the other reds in the room, very iffy using a computer monitor but I got lucky. They are not orangey or purplish. They are a silky type of fabric but not shiny and really do block out sunlight.
