These are the easiest heel lifts I’ve ever used. Same as the ones that the podiatrist uses.

Great product. Why? It maintains the lift, doesn't squash down. Sticks in place. Can be cut or trimmed if you wear a summer shoe with an open middle or thin heel. Have ordered them several times and will again. Victoria L.

I purchased these heel lifts after finding out my right leg was a little shorter than my left leg. I was having hip problems and was told by my doctor that because my right leg was a little shorter, it could be causing my hip problem. I placed one of these lifts in my right shoe, and that seems to have help with my hip pain.

Same inserts as used by pt office I go to. Needed one for each pair of shoes. Work gine
