I have irritable bowel syndrome and I did not buy it for that I bought it for weight control. It makes me feel full so I don't want to eat all day long. Then I noticed it has been helpful for my ibs, I do not have loose stool I had to actually run to make it to the bathroom but after taking this I ha vfb e not. to take than drinking the apple cider vinager. Helps me to feel full. Helps with my IBS symptoms

I have only been taking it for a few days. I started feeling a little different after the third day and this was for the good. My knee pain and lower back pain has eased a little and I don\'t know how to explain it, but My body in a whole is feeling different and in a good way. I like gummies, my regular vitamins are gummies. So these have a great taste and very easy to chew. I plan to keep taking them so I can get to feeling better inside and out.

No vinegar taste or smell. Very slightly sour. Not hard chewy gummy, but soft and dissolve easily. I was thrilled at 50 to be able to eat pizza without heartburn or indigestion again when i found acv liquid but yuck. Found capsules and used for a couple years but now have trouble swallowing pills. These gummies are the trick.

I was looking for an effective apple cider vinegar product to help with my acidic stomach, reflux and minor nausea without the harsh flavor and burn of taking the vinegar alone. I was very impressed by the flavor of these gummies: pleasant, sweet, and no harsh flavor at all. I could detect a light smell, but no vinegar taste. Impressively, even with the sweetness, I still achieved the results I was looking for!

The gummies I received were shriveled, dry, and cracked. They don't taste like apple cider vinegar (fortunately) but I wouldn't say they taste particularly good either. I suspect the bottle I received is one that has been sitting around a while, as the gummies themselves did not look like those in other customers' pictures. Overall, I can't recommend these. If you do decide to buy them, be warned that the quality or freshness of what you actually receive may vary.

I have tried other apple cider vinegar gummies and then came across this product and ordered it because of the added ginger and chili pepper! I can immediately feel the affects of taking this gummy and feel a burn within 20 minutes. I have so much energy now throughout the day, which is what I need to keep me motivated to lose weight. I love the taste and almost just as important, they curb my appetite, and that alone is worth taking the gummies. I am taking two gummies in the morning and two late afternoon which is the max dose listed on the bottle. Even though I do not see the scale going down, I have already been noticing small changes going on in the shape of my body, improvements are slowly happening and there is no doubt because I have been feeling so much better, they have gotten me to exercise and lift weights, so I don’t mind that the scale hasn’t moved much just yet. I am extremely happy with this product and will continue ordering this product long-term!

Super yummy! It\'s amazing to be able to receive all the health benefits from ACV in a gummy! I went from rarely taking the recommended dose to faithfully looking forward to take every single day...the gummies aren\'t bitter nor do they have an after-taste..they do not give you heart burn .
