Very nice plant. I thought it would be whiter but it is beautiful so it doesn't matter.

The flower was magnificent and our Auntie was absolutely so pleased when she received it . The packaging was very good and no damage at all . There are instructions for the care of the flower also a separate planter to put the pot inside . A card is also included to write your message , but best of all the plant was so pretty it made a poorly Lady have a good day , I would recommend this company a million times over .

I’m very pleased with the orchid. It was well-packaged and arrived exactly on time. A very health, pretty plant. One of the leaves is split and marked, however it’s a plant and that is what happens.

Beware this orchid is not as advertised. I have had orchids for many years & only purchased this for my husband (who has advanced dementia) to give me for Valentine’s Day as I am housebound after major surgery. I had read the reviews & should have heeded the warning: only 2 stems, orchid small in height with medium size flowers instead of the 3 stems with large flowers I was expecting; a large thin silver shrivelled root & no plant pot. I was asked the send a photo which I did & offered to keep the plant for a £10 refund & no extra pot as I had some. I had very condescending reply! I Contacted them twice more with no reply then contacted Amazon who initiated their refund procedure which I have now heard has been refused. This is not a good or fair company. Much better value orchids from Supermarket & garden centres. They should not be allowed to falsely describe the item & get away with it so many times. M Simons

I bought it for a friends Birthday .She said it come flat packed damaged and she said the pot was far to small.. All around not nice for her ..

Really lovely orchid! Came as described although in a different pit and with no card to go with it! The flower is lovely itself but don’t advertise it as a orchid with card and a certain pot if it comes different! In rest looks good!

I have bought this orchid twelve times and will continue to do so.I am an Orchid lover have been buying them for years.I have usually bought them from garden centres .No longer.This company produces the best product by far!-I strongly recommend this seller.

Orchid great, BUT my personal message typed into card supposedly included failed to arrive which caused some confusion and was disappointing.
