When my old band of 4 years broke I needed to find another metal band. I soon found out they are not all made the same length despite the SM/LG tags. I have a large hand and this one at 9 inches in length was perfect for slipping my hand in without having to un-thread the magnetic clasp just to get it on. Also the black looks really sharp.

This is my second Fitbit magnetic band on my 3 year old Alta that I wear almost all the time. The band (and the Alta) looks good and is extremely tough. Amazing that the black finish stays on despite the heavy beating it takes during constant outdoors work. Sometimes the magnet will slip or stick to something metal- a little aggravating but you learn.

This is my third band that I have bought. Each lasts around 8 months before a link or two on the edge of the band breaks and starts snagging my clothes. Going to try something else that lasts longer.

I’ve had this for about a month. The band kinked somehow, a sharp piece of metal protruded and snagged all of my shirt and jacket sleeves. I would not but this again.
