Its unique formula enhances the delicious taste of food. Serving Instruction - For making broth, add 2 teaspoons (10g) Lee Kum Kee Chicken Bouillon Powder to 2 cups (480ml) of boiling water. - For marinating and cooking 1lb (454g)meat, seafood, vegetable, noodle, pasta, and sauce, use 1 tbsp (15g) Lee Kum Kee Chicken Bouillon Powder. - Egg Flower Soup- Boil 4 cups (1 litre) of water, add 4 tsp (20g) Lee Kum Kee Chicken Bouillon Powder . I love to use this chicken powder. It’s better than the famous American brand. It gives extra flavor to soup, stews, sauces, etc. I even add it to my Mexican dishes. It’s not just for Asian food. Worth the price!

Love this stuff!
I was introduced to this bullion stock a few years ago by a Japanese friend of mine. Once I tried it I immediately bought it and havant looked back since! I've put it on eggs. I've used it in homefries for breakfast. Made my own stocks for ramen, to season chicken for salads, the list goes on! My only word of caution is when using it as a general seasoning like on chicken or potatoes, a little bit goes a long way! It's salty. So when cooking with it no other salt is needed. Unless you are making chicken stock. At that point you are flavoring water... so.... yeah go for it!

Flavor is weak, takes 2-3 times as much as Mc Cornic. Flavor is not as good. Made in China, so there is no telling what os on it
