I love this book, I don’t have much to read so I order an audiobook but, The book is so amazing that I had to order a physical copy to help my children start their road of spirituality and mindfulness. Is simple and fun to read and it gives great insights for parents.

This book is must have for all parents. Not only half way through this book and already I am astounded by the amount of priceless information I have absorbed and will immediately be putting to use. My children will thank Deepak Chopra when they are older. This is hands down the most important book I have read. If children were all raised by these principles, that entire enlightened generation could truly change the world.

Reading this book always makes me feel happy and reminds me of the great gift that being a parent is. Perhaps we don't follow the advice perfectly but in general this book has helped guide us. I really recommend it very highly. It simplifies important concepts one wants their kids to understand in a very positive and encouraging manner. A real gem. We often give it to new parents as a gift.

This has a lot of good insight.I can't help thinking, though, that it would be better, more useful, and funner if it was written as something that you could simply read or share with family, rather than essentially a "teacher's guide" for parents.I feel like I read it and think, "yeah, yeah, yeah, that's right" but then I forget to actually convey the ideas/info to my kids.

This book is great! It's concise and to the point. The wording is understandable and informative. The book quality is pristine very neat and unworn for a used book. Great quality!!!

Nobody does this better than Deepak Chopra. This is a must for all parents. I only wish i had been given this when my children needed me to have this information. I feel we all would have lived a much happier existence. Gave a copy to my niece who is due in May and she was delighted.
