Really good stuff, worth the price. It sorted my bloating, indigestion, weird bowel movements, pretty much everything

After a stroke I had cognitive deficits. I started taking these along with my regular fish oil and the change was very noticeable after only a week. My brain started speeding up and now I fully recovered from the stroke after a year of taking these and fish oil. My brain tissue has miraculously grown back. It’s definitely worth taking these when combined with paradox omega 3 fish oil capsules for brain health.

Difficult to know if these are having a significant effect unless you recently took antibiotics or something similar. However, these did help with a friend’s gastritis caused by a supplement mishap (black seed oil) and cleared it within a few weeks. These do not cause negative or side effects for me.

Very useful after antibiotic treatment. They prevent thrush and yeast infections.

I am not sure if this product has any effect, but once it was started the person who took it got an infection. I don't know if they are related but a quick online search shows that probiotics can cause infection. Again I don't know how true that is but I've stopped taking them.

Bio-Kult heralds this as an "advanced multi-action formulation". The ingredients do have multiple actions, but to call the formulation "advanced" is a slight overstatement. You could get the same results from eating a handful of organic blueberries and a large natural bio yoghurt. I'm not knocking this product. Blueberries and natural bio yoghurt aren't always at hand, plus they have a short shelf life, whereas these capsules can go anywhere with you and they have a shelf life of 2 years. The Bio-Kult Mind box contains 4 blister packs - the most annoying form of packaging. A recyclable plastic bottle would have been much better and safer - no risk of cutting skin on metal foil, and no risk of the capsules ending up on the floor when popped out. In terms of ingredients, there are no issues. Grape and blueberry extracts provide high levels of OPCs (healthy plant polyphenols - chemical compounds with protective and damage-preventive properties). The live bacteria Bacillus subtilis PXN 21 has been shown to survive gut acids and go on to stimulate the immune system and colonise in the gut for 21 days after consumption, so this supplement doesn't provide just an ephemeral boost to health - its benefits are ongoing. In addition to providing positive benefits to gut and intestinal health, Bacillus subtilis PXN 21 inhibits the activity of the harmful pathogens Salmonella typhimurium, Streptococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Enterococcus faecalis and Clostridium difficile. The final active ingredient - zinc citrate - is included to elevate mood, mental focus, memory and overall brain function. Because some of the live bacteria are taken from a milk base, this product is suitable for vegetarians but not for vegans. The capsules have no noticeable flavour. I've been taking them for one week and I do feel a positive difference in baseline mood and mental focus. Perhaps this is partly due to festive cheer, but I feel confident that it is at least in part down to the Bio-Kult Mind supplement.

it is not helping with IBS, I think it is causing IBS instead :(
