Cream Horn Molds Stainless Steel Cone Tubular Shaped Mold for Cannoli Tubes Croissant (cream cone)

The horn moulds are very well made. Every, mould came wrapped in a mini nylon bag. The moulds are made of thin sheets of steel wrapped in a cone shape but they are not glued or welded in any way. If you press hard on them you can reduce their diameter, you can also pull the sides to make their diameter a little bigger. I actually found it to be very useful when separating the baked horns from the moulds. You press a little on the outer side of the mould to squish it while holding and turning the baked horn to separate it from the mould. I recommend washing the moulds by hand and not with a dishwasher because if the moulds have sticky dough, the dishwasher won’t remove them.

They are very good to use with puff pastry. You have to be careful with the edges as they are very sharp and can cut you. Good quality, good appearance, easy of remover, stickiness.

These horn molds are a good quality and hold up well in the dishwasher. I have 2 sets now and I use them several times a week for my bakery buisness. You must butter the molds before wrapping your dough around them and take the pastry off as soon as it comes out of the oven. I recommend these and I'm even considering buying another set!

These worked perfectly. The dough came off easily after cooling. In addition, they flex some so if necessary you could squeeze them to release the dough should you not grease them enough. The size was perfect. They clean easily, just be careful when hand washing as they can easily lacerate/cut you fingers if not handled gently. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Used these to make canoli shells in my air fryer. No complaints. Easy to use, pastry slipped off easily with the great pinch design. I have not used the cone molds so can't speak to them. Was a good buy!

These were very easy to use and also to take the product off they allow you to squeeze them to pull your baking item off without breaking the crust. Easy to clean also. Very pleased with this product.
