Product showed up missing the knobs to hold the side arms and arm that lifts up and down in place. Makes the chair really difficult to use.

the instructions did not include the drawer tray- the tray was disassembled and no instructions on how to put it together at all or attach it (it had ball bearings that I could not fit back in nor know where to)ALSO the screws for the chair were mislabeled and the instructions did not specify how they were labeled- an example being MEDIUM SCREWS were labeled but no where in the directions were medium screws usedthe screw holes inside the back and bottom of chair were misaligned and the screws did not fit inside them correctly- did not return product due to how hard it was to assemble- AND I ASSEMBLE FURNITURE all the time- VERY disappointed with the instructions
