Artka Women's Hooded Wool Blend Cape Coat with Vintage Embroidery

I wear xs side in general, and therefore the cape really surprised me that it is massive but fits me so well. Obviously it would also fit larger people great as well. It's a heavy wool and nicely tailored so you won't feel bother as moving. The embroidery on the front is beautiful and I am impressed by the design. Guess the fantasy feeling of the design is a big hit to me. The shipment was quick too. It actually stayed in my porch for a few days because I ordered it before my vacation. I didn't expect it to arrive just in 2 days. Overall it's a lovely Cape and I can't wait for the winter to wear it.

Stop what you’re doing and buy this coat. Oh. My. God. It’s gorgeous. My husband, who typically has no seemingly strong opinion about what I wear, was speechless when he saw it. He talked about it for a solid 5 minutes. That’s how much even he liked it. Let’s get down to the pros and cons.Cons:No pockets, but I knew this from previous reviews and don’t care. I will be taking it to a tailor to add pockets.It is long - I am 4’11” tall. It’s a little long for my taste - knee length - but this was expected (I assume everything is too long for me), and when it goes to the tailor I’ll likely have it hemmed 2-3 inches.The hood strings are very long. Unreasonably so. It saddens me because the embroidered plush keys at the end of the strings are so cute. Alas, I will Be shortening the strings which means I will have to cute the cute keys off. I will save them, and hopefully make them into pins to wear on the coat or ask the tailor to incorporate them into the design of the pockets.Pros:Fabric - this is a nice, heavy coat. The exterior is a wool/tweed look/feel. The interior is lined. It’s just really nice. The front appliqué design is VERY pretty.Hood - this is a nice big hood! It is MEANT to be worn over a hat, earmuffs, or other head-warming apparatus. I love the size of the hood because it means I am not limited as to which style of hat I may choose. I’m a hat gal, so this is a big deal for me.Style - I can’t get enough of this style. It’s fairytale chic meets Stevie Nicks meets Game of Thrones. I effing love it.Size - this beauty is roomy! No more struggling to put on my coat over a thick sweater or cardigan.Five stars. I’d give it ten if I could. I LOVE it and can’t wait for it to get colder so I can wear it!

OMG! This was one of the most difficult decisions I made as far as purchases go.Some of the reviews were kinda scary, reporting cheap quality. So glad they fixed that before I ordered!!!I didn’t expect this to arrive so quickly, and opening the box must have looked like a kid on Xmas morning, since I thought it was the seat cushions that are due today.It is plenty roomy, I could have gone down a size, but I’m good!The olive color is spot on, and the embellishment on the front is exactly as shown in their ad.It is heavy, but I’d hoped for that.Don’t expect pockets, there are hand/arm openings.It is fully lined - except the hood. And they did a really nice job with the lining.May take it to the cleaners to release the packing wrinkles.Overall there’s no way I could give it less than 5 stars.

This is the greatest thing I’ve ever purchased on Amazon. I randomly bought this cloak after seeing someone mention it in a women’s fashion subreddit and I guess I was just on the right side of “late night insomnia shopping”, because I apparently clicked Buy. Two days later I had already forgotten all about it...BUT THEN I OPENED THE PACKAGE. This cloak is beautiful. It drapes exactly as you’d hope it would. The hood has exactly the kind of “LOTR-Riding Hood-badass witch queen” hang to it and the quality of the material and finishings is top notch.When I opened the package I literally squealed with glee, and I’m a 36-year-old woman who sells software for a living. I took a few photos with a dumb smile plastered on my face before realizing that it would pair so well with the official Sirius Black wand I got when we took my friend’s kid to universal studios. (I’m kidding, I went by myself because I’m an adult and I wanted to, don’t judge me) BUT SERIOUSLY THOUGH, WITH THIS CLOAK, I CAN DO ANYTHING!!!!honestly, it’s amazing. Buy it. It’s super kitschy, but that’s what you’re looking for, isn’t it?Cons: I really think my boss will have some snarky comments if I walk into the office in this thing, so who knows if I’ll ever wear it regularly, but I’m leaning towards bravery ;)My husband has already said he refuses to go out with me in public if I’m wearing this, but then again... that might be a plus ;)Also, the wool material is kinda itchy. But it’s not the worst I’ve experienced and well within tolerable limits. If you have sensitive skin it might bother you, but I think it would be a minor inconvenience for most people.Pros: HAVE YOU SEEN THIS THING?????Details: I’m 4 foot 11 and 150 lbs. It falls just above my knees and is perfectly spacious enough for whatever curves you may have. Hope that helps!

For anyone sitting the fence about the size, I'm a 38DD, wear XL at Old Navy and NY and Company, this fit perfectly! There's even room for a bulky sweater :) The quality is amazing and it looks exactly like the picture! I'll buy from them again :)

Got this as a gift for my girlfriend and after spending $100 on this cape I'm having second thoughts. The embroidery is pretty awful (see pics- looks like it was cut out of a piece of felt and glued on), and the fabric is much dirtier and rougher than what it seems to be in the pictures. I guess it serves me right buying from such a random ass small company that makes their clothing in China. Also it shipped 4 days late.
