seems pretty sturdy, excellent service from company
This is a sturdy little first bike - but my grandson, at 15 months, is more interested in pushing it than riding. I'm pretty sure he will really enjoy riding this in the near future. I initially gave it 5 stars, but changed it to 3 after visiting and seeing him use it. He rides it well at 16 months but the rear wheels do not freely turn and I cannot see a way to adjust them. Any suggestions? I cannot find the website for this toy or any ideas on how to adjust them - I am afraid to pop off the hub in case it breaks the whole assembly. The company contacted me after I first edited my review. It confirmed that the rear wheel hub cannot be adjusted and offered to replace the entire bike. I did not expect this excellent service! The bike arrived very quickly and my grandson is now whizzing around all over his house. Thank you very much.

Perfect First Bike
Originally had some difficulties with assembly and how hard the wheels were to turn, but the seller jumped right on it to refund me for the inconvenience and sent me a new one for free right away! Everything assembled the way it should and the wheels turn fine. I think I just got sent an oddball dud originally but the second one I received matched the description completely.Will make a perfect first bike for my daughter! Can't wait to gift it to her. Excellent customer service!

Some small assembly required.
It came in short time. Set up was easy. Everything was included. Would love to see some small stickers or something!

It is very safe for the littles.
I brought this for the youngest of my great-great grands. He sits on it but he has not fully grasped the whole concept of what he has to do to make it move, he's 8 months old, GIGI will teach him. He is so ready to walk.
