I've been using this for 3 weeks and 4 days and I've lost 1 pound, but I have to say I haven't been dieting or working out more then 3 times a week. I've been so busy that I really haven't had the time to workout every day. By the end of the day I'm wiped out. I know, excuses. excuses. So I think that if I stuck to a good diet and exercised more I would have done better.

This product, which I took exactly as prescribed on the bottle, did not produce ANY noticeable differences at all in my body size, weight, strength or stamina. Total waste of money for me.

Sorry, but I had adverse reactions within an hour or so after taking them (as directed). Horrible moods that lasted one or two hours.
