DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! This was a bad experience for me. The ad suggests it comes with a cd by the indication that the binder holds a cd. The operating agreement was only a paper copy. I asked the seller for a word file, so my attorney can edit the operating agreement to fit my company's needs, and Corpkit refused to give me one. To add insult to injury, they offered to sell me a word file for an additional $49. And, they told me I should have my attorney draw me up an operating agreement. What was the point of buying one from these people if I would have my attorney give me an operating agreement? They even had the nerve to tell me that their attorneys work very hard, implying they cannot give things out for free.Further, the minutes and resolutions are pre-filled and leave very little room to add my own business events of my meetings. I think the red flag should have been the fact that the pictures are very tiny and give little indication of the details and quality of the product. I feel deceived by this advertisement.
