Photo Backup Stick for Computers, Phones, and Tablets (64 GB)

I am glad to see this product. I finally feel secure in the fact I have my pictures stores on one jump drive . I can take it with me to family events and share pictures with other family members. I purchased a 64GB and wish I had purchased at least a 128 GB. I you take a lot of pictures I recommend purchasing more GB. I was able to load the stick without too much trouble, but I think they could include more instructions with a little more clarity.

I was not aware what the capacity of a 64 GB Photo Backup Stick was and it was not nearly enough for all my pictures. Now I have to go back and order another, probably a 256 GB stick to finish copying my photos. The system set up well but was very slow copying to the stick.

Stopped working after the first use... Junk!

I tried this on two of my PCs having the most up-to-date versions of Windows 10 (all updates). The auto exe program would launch the splash and then freeze. I called the company and never heard back from them. Amazon customer service responded within 5 minutes and we could not sucessfully figure out what the problem (even disabling my Norton) so I sent this back. Just use a regular thumb drive and manually download your pictures. If you have a few duplicates what does it matter. Perhaps it will work fine downloading pictures from your iPhone or droid phone but this is not what I wanted to use it for.

I bought the 64 GB but it only backed up 7000 photos and said it was full. That does not compute. And thousands of them were NOT photos, they were stupid little images like logos or icons or something that must be imbedded in Windows 10.I tried to ask questions through their help line, twice, and got no response.

Doesn't work as stated, I down loaded photos from phone, put stick in computer unable to locate photos. Put stick back in phone and now can find photos. Followed instructions to factory reset stick in order to return without my pictures but appears photos are still on the stick. Also photos on phone are all rearranged and in different places. Support only open Monday thru Thursday and half day Friday, left massage haven't returned call yet.

Easy to use and it works with my iPhone also. Great device.

You Ned to be aware the first time you use it it will take a long time to download all your photos unless you only have a few. However it is easy to use both downloading and accessing afterwards.

After lengthy research, I decided this stick was the one for me and I bought this size for my ipad, phone and laptop. I made sure to buy the Universal version and it came shortly before the birth of my grandchild - the reason I knew i would be swimming in photos!Laptop - tick, Ipad - tick, then onto the phone to sort 7,000 photos - only to fond it wasn't going to acknowledge my phone for love nor money - but it did keep telling me I needed to get a Universal stick??Having emailed the company and received no reply, I decided the only way to feel better was to leave negative feedback in the hopes that it would save someone some money further down the line, by not buying this product.

I thought I was purchasing the product named Photo Stick but the item I bought was named Photo Backup Stick. Names are very similar but believe me, they perform differently. One word can make a big difference.

This item backed up all the pictures + videos from my PC & Android phone so easily.All I had to do was plug the stick into the usb socket on my computer, follow simple instructions and the backup just started. It took quite a while but I now have a copy on the photo backup stickI then connected my phone to the PC and again I followed the instructions and the backup stick copied all the photos & videos from my phone.I recommend this product.

Bought the bigger drive version of this which broke quickly returned it for a refund and thought id try this USB stick version. This also doesn't work. It takes ages to backup and consistently crashed and you have to start all over again. Never got further than 25% of my pics to back up before it crashed. Then if you start again it downloads a second full copy of pics again which means storage gets used up. If you de duplicate pics it deletes the pictures already downloaded ie you wipe the stick and start again. Tried this multiple times over a week. Same issues on phone or laptop Complete waste of time
