All your pictures and videos will be backed up directly to the stick for safe keeping. The Photo Backup Stick works on Windows 7, 8, or 10 as well as Mac OS 10.12 or newer. For direct connection to Android devices, the device must support OTG connections of USB drives. If OTG is not supported, devices can be backed up using the Windows or Mac apps. For Apple iOS devices, you must connect the devices to a computer using a data cable and use the Windows or Mac app to backup.

Finally Saved
I am glad to see this product. I finally feel secure in the fact I have my pictures stores on one jump drive . I can take it with me to family events and share pictures with other family members. I purchased a 64GB and wish I had purchased at least a 128 GB. I you take a lot of pictures I recommend purchasing more GB. I was able to load the stick without too much trouble, but I think they could include more instructions with a little more clarity.

Beware: Does not come with Type C adapter
I ordered this and then ended up having to spend an extra $5.95 to buy a type B to type C adapter so that I will actually be able to use the device. Don't most current android phones use type C now? This appears to be a somewhat outdated product. The description mentions nothing about not working for type C.

Not easy to use or find instructions!
So far it stinks. Came in a beat up metal tin and could not get it to load. Loaded some but heck I can’t find them! Junk!

Head Scratcher
Purchased item to download pictures on hard drive. Only worked on one PC and have not yet figured out what I'm doing wrong with 2nd PC. I believe it would be more helpful if instructions were more detailed other than what was provided.Same issue with my lap top.

Worked Pretty Well
I was not aware what the capacity of a 64 GB Photo Backup Stick was and it was not nearly enough for all my pictures. Now I have to go back and order another, probably a 256 GB stick to finish copying my photos. The system set up well but was very slow copying to the stick.

Hard to figure out "NOT EASY"
Did not take all my pics and does not make things simple. Still trying to figure it out. How about one easy click to get into your saved pictures. In the drawer it goes, as I have had it too long to send back.

NOT AS ADVERTISED - NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MY iPHONE NOR iPAD
I wanted this product for my iPhones and iPads. The advertising led me to believe the product would work with PC, Mac, iPhones & iPads. Not so! None of the included adapters was a lightning adapter which is what I need for my Apple products.

This product did not work. I could not get the software to launch on the photostick
I tried this on two of my PCs having the most up-to-date versions of Windows 10 (all updates). The auto exe program would launch the splash and then freeze. I called the company and never heard back from them. Amazon customer service responded within 5 minutes and we could not sucessfully figure out what the problem (even disabling my Norton) so I sent this back. Just use a regular thumb drive and manually download your pictures. If you have a few duplicates what does it matter. Perhaps it will work fine downloading pictures from your iPhone or droid phone but this is not what I wanted to use it for.

poor customer sevice poor product
I had big hopes for this product so ordered the 256gb for my many photos. At first it downloaded fine then it froze which meant I had downloaded my photos (some very personal) after the first download it just stopped working and when plugged into my computer it did not load and sat with a fixed light, cannot read it or delete my precious photos before sending it back. I contacted Parabems direct and spoke to one of their advisors who said that customer services would contact me, heard nothing from them. very poor customer service. I have 6 members of me family who were going to buy this stick. We are now looking at other options . Do not buy from this company

Perhaps it’s too simple to use, but even I could use it successfully!
After reading some of the negative reviews and now having used it I can only think that they say more about the reviewer than the Photostick. I am an octogenarian and I have successfully found 3246 photographs on my desktop, iPad, iPhone and laptop. Copied them, removed 768 duplicates and saved them as a Backup file on my Desktop. An idiot could use it.

Misleading.
Fell apart before use, cheap plastic cover. Taped it together and transferred lots of photos but it takes forever. £98.00 for disappointment, never chased it up as nearly everything like this is a con and destroys you trying to sort it.

Fab little device.
This was so easy to use. Just plug it in and follow onscreen instructions. I've used it on mine and my hubby's laptop.I've saved all my photos on it. It holds well over 2000!

ZERO STAR IN ALL CATEGORIES
AWFUL, DO NOT BUY , does not do as described, you can not plug it into a phone and it down loads the photos you have to down load other apps, which i can not find, i visited their web site and watched their very long drawn out instruction video, which does not match what happens when the device is plugged in
