Great for reading at night.

I wasn’t expecting a lot for this price, but I can verify that these are very well made, actually look stylish with the patterning!Most importantly as a +2 magnifying lens, it is perfect for reading fine print and working on small detail projects. The LED’s on the side also put out enough light to see what you want to see.They give you 4 extra batteries (2 for each side), and with the extra pair I can use one to work on replacing the battery holder of the other. I took out the removable circuit board with led attached quite easily and replaced the slide-up cover without problems.In summary, I happily give this purchase 5 stars, and am now ordering a second set of two because I never want to be without them, and I know things don’t last forever...plus at my age I frequently forget where I put my glasses. LOL!

These glasses are good. They're sturdy and seem well-made. My only complaint is that the lights aren't bright enough. They are good to supplement a lamp, but can't replace the need for a lamp, as I had hoped they would.

They help but i need brighter light

These provide just enough light without looking like you have a flashlight on your face. Very streamlined. They also came with extra batteries.

Be warned about poor quality of these glasses. In the beginning, the light was too bright for comfortable reading, shortly after, it was just right. That lasted a couple of hours, then they started getting dimmer and dimmer. I thought the battery is short life and already weak. Changing the battery was an undertaking due to poor design. I tried all the included batteries but could not get the light brighter. It has been is too dim to be able to read. So I've paid $15 for using this items for a few hours, it's a little amount to throw away! however, the fact that they are designed to end up in landfills is a heart ache; I take time to research most of my purchases; I just hate to contribute to our huge heap of senseless items in landfill; but there I am! Amazon should not have it as top rated.

These are so helpful! My husabnd loves to read as we head to bed. His bedside lamp was just too bright for me to sleep. I purchased these as a last ditch effort to avoid war at bed time! He can now read without disturbing me and he looks kinda like a cool spy while doing it. He enjoys that he doesn't have to adjust them like he would a book light and he can use them when he needs just a little extra light when changing out batteries or thing she need a little extra help seeing. They've exceeded our expectations.

Sadly I waited too long n couldn't return them - my bad. I needed to better light a small area in a darkish corner of light room. Didn't work at all! Tried them in multiple situations and only found them useful in the dark or nearly dark situations.
