Fast reaction to solve an issue
I first received a bag of guava fruit tea (delicious, but not what I was expecting, since I had ordered guava leaf tea). I wrote a note to the seller and they very quickly replied to clarify that there had been a labeling issue with a few bags of tea, and sent two guava leaf tea with no charge. It is delicious. Both types of their guava tea are.

Gross and weird don’t waste your money
There was so much tea dust/powder all inside the bag. I’m unsure exactly how much tea is inside the tea bags if very much at all. This is an item that can’t be returned so don’t waste your money

It makes great ice tea for the summer, very refreshing. Haven't tried it hot yet as it is summer here. but I amsure it will be just as good.

Poorly made!
We have ordered this product many times with no problem but the package this time contained many broken bags. Most of the bags leak and we were quite disappointed.

Tea bags are not even 1/4 full. U used 3 and it still didnt taste much over that of flavored water. Made in california were less is more. Keep that in mind.
