Add a teaspoon to my fruit/nut/seed bowl every morning for the iodine. Adds a nice non-sweet flavor to the fruit. Just enough to last a month.

I add this to my morning smoothie as my Doctor advised. It doesn't always get grounded up as I would like but it is OK. It doesn't taste bad.

Mild taste, very clean. Arrived safely. Once you open the bag the flakes fall to the bottom. You only get about half full. Very expensive for a small amount.

I bought this to blend into my MM Heavy Metal Detox smoothies and it has met my expectations. I would recommend this product! The only downside is that it doesn’t always blend all the way down but it doesn’t taste or smell bad so I don’t mind it.

For $15 this is very small.... Might be best to just buy the seaweed packs and break it up for my recipes.

No flavor but a good attitude for a protein cleanse as it gives texture and is good for you.
