Impressed on 1st use - I'll edit later if needed.
Every year I seem to buy a 45cm round BBQ, it has to feed 4 at camping & also small enough to fit in the car without taking it apart (don't ask how we fit everything in)! This leads to not being able to cook everything at once as it's too small. So I thought I'd try this one as it folds flat and the tape measure seemed to suggest that it would be a good size. The picture is to show you the size in food measurement. I've just tried it today...... yes the blue film is a *pita*, as others have mentioned but do it slowly and you can get it off in about 3 sections. It's definitely easier & quicker than faffing around with screwdrivers & trying to put on legs etc. I was doing a really basic BBQ for 2 (extra sausage for the dog & extra chicken for the cats), so I tried just putting some coals on the right hand side (please remember I'm comparing this to the amount I'd use for a 45cm round BBQ), I used far less charcoal & firelighters than what I'd usually use but still had to spread them all across in the end because it produces so much heat. Really easy to light & a really even burn. Because you can't adjust the height it's going to take me some more practice re the quantity and positioning of coal. The black tray can be put on instead of the small rack to the left (corn and chicken side), it would be perfect for frying onions or keeping things warm if the coals aren't spread all the way along. It seems sturdy, doesn't seem like it's going to tip over but the coal bowl isn't as thick as a round BBQ so it does seem light & flimsy. I can see this being a problem if I was to leave it outside for the rest of the year like I usually do, as it would rust, but as it folds flat, I wont have to leave it in the rain. I wouldn't bother putting sauces and stuff on the side things as obviously they get hot. It's fine for a can of beer on the right hand side if you lift it off frequently! ;0) I haven't cleaned the bowl yet but as it's light and folds flat, It's going to be easier to tip out the dust and wipe than a round BBQ. The grills were easy to clean in the sink & will fit in the dishwasher. I basically think it's great! Apologies for the non-scenic pic! :0)

Functional and good for the price
Is as you'd expect. It's not the most expensive so the build quilt it about what you'd expect. Was disappointed that there was some rust on the grills having only been left out overnight in a quick shower. Folds up nicely and is easy to carry for camping, much better than a disposable bbq.

Excellent value for money.
For the money this is great. I've used it 5 times and the main BBQ hasn't bent out of shape although the top grill has bent in places but it still works fine. I will replace the grill with my own one cut from a spare oven grill. I've left it out in the rain and yes, it's rusted slightly on the inside however the outside still looks like new. It's a good height, at 6'3" I can still comfortably cook on this. It's not incredibly stable and you need to be careful not to knock it over especially with kids and animals around. Just wedge some rocks by the feet or push the feet into the grass a little. It's a perfect camping BBQ that folds down very flat and should last a few seasons and it's infinitely better than buying those rubbish disposable things or those little round BBQs and not much more expensive. The cooking space is very useful, giving you the chance to have areas that are a bit less hot than the main cooking areas. I'd estimate that I could cook for 6-8 adults easily on this. It's not perfect and yes, the blue plastic stuck on the stainless steal is annoyingly difficult to remove, but considering the price and the amount of use you'll get from it, I think it's very good. Recommended.

Cheap barbecue that done the job for a Greek feast
As you can probably see from all the other reviews, the blue packaging was a pain in the arse to remove. The food cooking ability was class. Obviously you’re not getting the a top of the range barbecue, however, it does the job. That’s all I needed, and it has ended up exceeding my expectations with cool little features such as a cooking tray included, large cooking area, 2 brackets that sit on either side of the barbecue - one acting as a basket for utensils and the other acting as a plate/meat warmer thingy! Legs fold up for easy storage, just a cracking barbecue considering the cheap price! Would recommend as a quick cheap barbecue!!

Low quality
Product is okay, it took me 1 hour to remove the protective plastic (blue film). It seem made from very cheap materials and is really hard to clean the grill after use. No value for the money.

It very good for the price
To be honest, i really cant fault the package, it works beautifully, and you are able to cook a vast range of food across the length of the BBQ if you space the coals out at different temperatures. I had on there skewers of chicken, minced kebabs, halloumi, sucuk, sweet corn all came off perfectly. Little bit of of a buckle and its a bit sharp. The blue plastic wrap around it, is hard work to remove so have patience. My only moan would be that the air vents should be controllable somehow. Overall very happy, work, folds away, quite easy to clean.

compact & simple, does the job, compromise between disposable and real
this is a good bbq for storage and ease of use as it folds small. not particularly sturdy (very lightweight) so ensure you use it on stable ground with no (human) traffic, the "grill" is alo really lightweight and not something you can clean with any ease between items being cooked. this will of course discolour once used but seems to be fine after a good clean and being left in a dry place (back in the original box for me). strikes a balance between a disposable bbq and a real one, advantages being re-use and guaranteed lighting
