Wow! This is great stuff. I like the flavor of coconut but am not a fan the texture of the stuff at the grocery store. You know, the 1 inch (or so) strands of coconut, chewy, gets stuck between your teeth. This is not like that. It's more like grated cheese. Still has a nice coconut flavor. However, it is not sweetened with sugar like the sweetened coconut at the grocery store. Keep that in mind it you are are buying this as a replacement for sweetened coconut. You might need to add more sugar to your recipe. I like that it's not sugary. I find the sweetened coconut to generally be too sweet, all sugar and very little coconut flavor. This is now my go-to coconut for baking and smoothies.

This is great coconut. I use it to put in protein bars and it’s great as it’s very finely shredded. Quality product!

This is exactly what I was looking for to add to my pina colada meal replacement. It made a combined smoothie that was creamy and delicious. I weighed the possibility of getting shredded coconut and putting in a grinder myself. I'm so glad I went this route. I think it would be great in other combinations, like chocolate or vanilla. I will definitely get this again.

Good flavor and very pungent coconut scent. Add to oatmeal and yogurt. Very fine so it would probably be good in baked goods too

This coconut is not a wet coconut. I've been adding a little to my yogurt each morning for about a month now and it still is like the day I bought it. It comes in a zip tight bag and lasts a long time.

I mix this in with my oatmeal for Breakfast. Excellent source of potassium. Good quality, no added sweetener. Good value too.
