A hit with the kids autistic and not. It was a mermaid themed bday party. No complaints from kids.I wish it came with a way to control the volume of sand u place in the water. You open a jar and pour and most kids poured it all at once.Kids love thisIt's magic. Kids just grabbed handfuls and watched it appear dry and then submerge it over and over.

Showing my daughter hydrophobic sand, she played for over an hour and refused to put it away. I don't really know how to dry it once wet, but she has a blast with it.

My 5 and 7 year olds were amazed at how the sand went from dry to wet and back to dry. My 5 year old struggled with pouring in the sand with moderation because the jar opening was so large. The clean up was very difficult. There was no way to separate the sand from the water in order to reuse. I used several different filters.

My grandkids are fascinated by this hydrophobic sand! I buy a new batch each year!

I purchased this Magic Sand for my child's science fair project. It worked great! You can pour it into a glass jar and pull it out and it instantly becomes dry again.

I bought this to use in her "Gotta go Flamingo" She loves all the colored poop.
