So far, so good. Performed surgery on my 18 years old Samsung WF338 today and it went two cycles since and - well, finders crossed. Piece fit perfectly, no particular issues in changing the pieces out - just followed the YT videos. I was delighted that in addition to fixing the “nd” error, it also got rid of the weird noise at the start of each cycle.

Worked great on my Samsung washing machine and was a relatively easy installation. Make note of the orientation of the hose positions when removing the old defective pump and the replacement will go smoothly. If you have water in machine because the pump died you can use a shop vacuum to suck out the water by attaching to the drain hose. It was surprising how much water remained in my washer and it needed to come out before the washing machine could be moved for servicing. Great price and functionality.

This worked perfectly for my Samsung WF520ABP washer. I was skeptical because of the low price and because there are half a dozen manufacturers selling the same part on Amazon. This one truly is the same as the 12-year-old one I took out--same manufacturer. Even better, it is nearly silent. I can't remember my washer being this quiet before. It used to have a low rumble every time the pump ran. There are great videos on YouTube that explain how to replace it. It took about 30 minutes (though I'm already familiar with tearing-down the machine because I have replaced other parts before). Note that the pump sits in the front bottom left of the machine, NOT in back. Some videos show the wrong configuration. It is just behind the little filter door on the front of the machine, but you do have to remove the top panel, instrument panel, and front to get to it. You do not need to remove the back panel (thankfully). The hardest part is dealing with the wire harnesses on the door lock and then the drain pipe on the back of the pump. Wear gloves or your hands will be trashed from grinding in tight spaces.

Fit perfect. Fit and ran as original. Uses screws from old pump. Great price.

Is working perfectly so far. Only installed 2 weeks ago. Currently happy, we'll see if the five stars is appropriate rating.
