The Energy Medicine Kit: Simple, Effective Techniques to Help You Boost Your Vitality and Feel Better Now

I have many books on energy. Yet there is nothing quite like seeing the various energy techniques demonstrated, most of which are new to me.I know I would not be doing these exercises properly if I did not see it demonstrated on the DVD. The method used here is a combination of acupressure tapping, and kinesiology method of energy testing to spot energy weaknesses. She also demonstrates the Wayne Cook posture for balancing energy. I found the Heaven rushing in exercise particularly good.I was particularly interested to learn that there are pressure points for fight of flight response (also the freeze response), which I now use for staying clear.In this package is a guidebook with her biography, case studies and an explanation with diagrams of the body's energy systems and a deck of easy to follow flashcards.There is also a cut glass crystal, with a string for spinning the crystal,which can act like a pendulum. The crystal can be used for chakra cleansing, and I could certainly feel a shift in energy in the chakras as they reattuned to the higher vibration of the crystal.There is also a cd. This package is a great value.If you are like me, you may be wondering which I should buy first, the  Energy Medicine  book or this kit.This EM kit stands by itself, and the multi media format is more user friendly than a book could be. Also, it is easier to carry around the flash cards than a book, for reference. I highly recommend the energy medicine kit.If you wish to explore energy medicine more, I recommend: Quantum-Touch: The Power to Heal (Third Edition) : The Power to Heal (Third Edition) by Richard Gordon. The Touch of Healing: Energizing the Body, Mind, and Spirit With Jin Shin Jyutsu : Energizing the Body, Mind, and Spirit With Jin Shin Jyutsu by Alice Burmeister. It's Jin Shin Jitsu, a complete system, very easy to learn and use. The EFT Manual  (EFT: Emotional Freedom Techniques)by Gary Craig is a simple tapping process useful for letting go of troubling emotions. Imagine easily letting go of issues such as anger, anxiety, fear, forgiveness, stress, procrastination, traumas. [...], and buy various books on Amazon. The Emotion Code  by Bradley Nelson. Another complete system for releasing trapped emotions using magnets discovered by a chiropractor. A very well written book, which I discovered at a Donna Eden seminar. I have since attended one of his seminars.I think you will enjoy it, and I hope you found this helpful.

'The Energy Medicine Kit' is really an ingenuous product. I was very pleased when I received it and opened that promising yellow box. And how well all is put together! This would make a wonderful present, to be true!I congratulate the authors and the publisher to have come up with this brilliant idea, that I have seen nowhere before! I have myself started my journey through this Kit by watching the DVD, seeing Donna Eden in her healing seminars. It was a good idea to combine the literary content with multimedia clips. Now, after discovering the DVD, I saw that I had much more in this precious thunder box. There is a crystal, and I wondered what to do with it.So I looked first in the Guidebook to find some instructions, and found them on page 21: ‘How to Use The Energy Medicine Kit’, with reference to page 23: ‘Using a Crystal As Your Training Wheels.’ I would like to quote here from this guide as this is really useful to know before-hand:—While I am a hands-on kind of healer, some people find it easier to begin to experiment with energy methods if they use a device such as a crystal. Like everything else, crystals carry a vibrational rate that can influence other energies in their proximity. Crystals also reflect light, perhaps the most primary vibration of the universe. Spinning the crystal over an electromagnetically sensitive point on the skin has a subtle but immediate effect on the energies involved with that point. When practiced with consistency, working with a crystal can begin to bring about beneficial changes in your energies and in your life./23Then I saw that the first of the 43 cards contains specific information about ‘How to Spin a Crystal’, and I tried out the exercise described on Card 2 ‘Spinning a Crystal over Your Chakras’ and made a surprising discovery. As the two-year old baby of my friend had a headache that day, I taught the girl to hold the crystal in front of her third eye and spin it first in clock-wise and then in counter clock-wise direction. The girl, very attentive to this healing technique that she surely had never seen before, and smart enough in holding and spinning the crystal, did it for about one minute. Then they left my office. Half an hour later the mother came back to me with the girl, smiling, and told me the baby’s headache had disappeared completely.Well, I don’t know of course if this was a coincidence as this was not a repeated experience, but there is a possibility that the healing was effected by the crystal. I know that usually when the girl has a headache it’s for hours in a row and the mother brings her to the doctor; however, this was that time obviously not necessary.As I am myself in perfect health in the moment, I have not tried out the crystal or any other of the techniques taught in the Kit on myself, but I will surely do so in case of sickness.If you need more information for building trust in energy medicine, you should perhaps do what I did before I ordered this Kit, i.e. read about the theoretical and cross-cultural research the author has done relating to her energy healing practice, by ordering her book Energy Medicine that she co-authored with David Feinstein.The present Kit is a practical guide for self-healing, while the book offers you insights, information and research about energy healing, and practical guidance for self-healing.Last not least, let me mention the 21 exercises on the CD audio that is equally provided with this Kit. Now, I found it a little difficult to exactly take the body positions the author describes on the CD for the various exercises, and it would have greatly facilitated the understanding if the author would have included some additional cards for the exercises on the CD that demonstrate visually the positions to take. But this is surely the only negative point I could find in this overall very beautiful Kit.

This kit arrived for my birthday and I used the cut-glass crystal as instructed and could really feel and even see the interaction of the spinning crystal with my finger energy. I could feel tingling in my meridians and more energy. The crystal is not used as a pendulum but is twisted to make it spin over key areas. Really very intriguing and effective. Then I had to do other things and got in at 10 pm. Thought I would watch the DVD. Did the exercises along with the DVD. Then thought I'd do some internet research. Got up to stretch and thought the clock must have stopped. It was 4 am and I didn't feel tired at all! I was so energized that I hardly slept even when I got to bed. Had to get up at 8 am so thought, well, I'll do the exercizes I learned to help me through the day since I didn't sleep hardly at all. I had a great day and was extremely energetic. People commented. And I am a person who is tired all the time and gets sick from missing sleep! I love this stuff and am amazed how incredibly well it worked! But in the future I will certainly be more careful about charging up before going to bed!The DVD was like attending a seminar by Donna Eden, a very sweet spirit. She introduces you to muscle testing and the energy routines. They are not hard to do or to learn. I haven't even listened to the CD yet but can see from the cards that it contains more energy tricks. I like the cards because they are easy reminders on how to do the exercises as I am learning the maneuvers. I am wondering if there is more info in the book. I"ll probably buy it since I am so impressed with this kit. Crystal was missing

I love the video that comes with this kit so you can see all the moves in action. Donna has such a sweet sincerity about her, you can't help but trust her. I have yet to really put what I've learned into regular practice, so I can't really speak to the effectiveness of it, but I truly believe that she knows what she's talking about. The quality of the packaging of this kit is fantastic, you can tell they didn't cheap out on the manufacturing.

The book arrived in time, in perfect condition and is just what I had hoped to get. Nothing else to say.

I love this kit. Fifteen years ago I bought Donna Eden's book but didn't really use it properly and then gave it away during a big clearing out session. Recently, being faced with too many health issues I decided to give it another go, so I bought the book again, but found it difficult to find a way of picking out the moves appropriate for my problems - too much flicking pages back and forward. So when I found this kit thought it would be better for me, and it has been. It stands alone as a healthy routine to get into. The DVD is excellent and the cards are great as a quick aide de memoire whenever you decide you need a particular move to boost the energies or whatever. It's too early for me to decide whether it's making a difference or not, but I intend to stick with it for a month at least and then decide that. Other reviewers have said it's helpful and I'm sure they're right. I like the book for it's more in-depth information, but this is a much more user friendly version of advice and instruction for this way of healing. I should have bought the Energy Medicine Kit first. Would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.
