Good value for money.

Great product
Good price for the item. Looks good. It was relatively easy to fit but be aware that the connectors are standard European size and needed adaptors to connect to UK fittings. Did. Or mention that and luckily my local plumbing merchants had two in stock. Happy with the purchase so far

Easy to fix, well sort of!
A high-quality tap is well worth the price. In principle very simple to fix, just put the tap in place, push up the big plastic locking nut, tighten the nut by hand, then attach the flexible tails. In reality, its a bit more troublesome, the pipes need adapters in most situations as they use EU fittings, Amazon does offer these, but if you have a 15mm isolator valve an easier and cheaper option is to buy from Amazon Ibergrif M91501 UK Compression Adaptors Connector from G3/8 Inch to G1/2 Inch. They use a rubber washer to seal and just screw onto the isolator valve instead of the compression nut. The tap tails are very long so that could help with installation if you have a short piece of pipe in your isolator valve. The other issue is what others had difficulty with is securing the big plastic locking nut, ours came with just the nut and no washers like others had received, the issue is as soon as the nut starts to tighten it releases grip and won't tighten, with ours we just kept trying and on about the 10th attempt it held, it seems very sensitive and if you make sure it's straight and tighten very slowly it should work. It's a really easy way to fix compared to the old style bolts, but it's just a bit temperamental.

Smooth Installation (Eventually...)
Not really a tool free installation, did require a adjustable wrench and a philips headscrew driver. But otherwise, it fits my kitchen sink nicely, no problems experienced install it, (only experienced lots of problems during the removal of the OLD faucet, learnt my lessons 🙃). No leaks spotted far... and the faucet looks exactly as shown. Very satisfied.Advice for future installers in the UK: You will need 2 EU to UK adaptor nut i.e G3/8 inches to G1/2 inches for the connection to the water supply. It will not fit otherwise. The adaptors are not included. It will be nice if the manufacturer include them in the package.

Great tap by a great manufacturer
When I bought this tap my wife wasn’t sure she liked it but after several months of use she things it is great and so do I. A fantastic tap at a good price, well worth recommending

Lovely tap but stars off for no adaptors and an absolutely ridiculous set of "instructions"
Good tap and I had used in an earlier property. However you will need adaptors to connect to a UK specification pipe. I used 1/2” Female x 3/8” Male BSP Brass Bush REDUCING CONNECTORS from BFG store (on Amazon of course!) Screw these connectors onto the UK tap (washers were included) and then attach the tail pipes from the Grohe tap. In my earlier property I don't recall needing to buy the adaptors separately so one star off. Now for the instructions. Egyptologists would struggle to decipher the nonsense that pose as instructions. I did manage to see the 3/8 tail pipe dimension hence the choice above. It seems to suggest 2 options for fitting to the sink - one: use the screw thread for sink units under 45mm. Mine was 45mm and it worked perfectly with no cross threading. Two: if your unit is 60mm it seems to suggest using the horseshoe type nut. I had to watch several repeats of The Mummy series of films to get into the mood to read the instructions though. Almost thought that semi naked bald fella was going to appear in my kitchen and try to have his way with me. Fortunately that hasn't happened and the tap appears to be working fine. But make life easier for people Grohe if you want to sell into the UK market.

Easy to install - if you have the right fittings!
I bought this as Grohe seems to make quality products. The product I received seemed to be a slightly older model (the fittings to clamp it to the sink didn't match but it was still very simple). The installation of the product itself was a breeze (VASTLY simpler to install than the product it replaced), but it doesn't seem to quite have standard fittings - so I had to modify the existing plumbing. My existing pipework (apparently standard) had threads that were too big so I needed to buy "Tap tail adaptors" - specifically two 15mm x 3/8" bsp adaptors, along with two new 'olives' (little copper rings) that fit onto the existing compression fittings. I also needed PTFE tape for those to make sure they didn't leak. The nuts on the Grohe taps need a 19mm spanner and my existing compression fittings needed a 24mm spanner - neither of which I had - so I spent £15 each on an adjustable spanner and a locking pliers so that I could fit the compression fitting properly.Grohe's installation video make it look patronisingly easy - which it is if you have no tap to remove and matching pipework to connect it to. It is a DIY job, and a relatively easy one, but the awkwardness of access behind the sink, the fiddliness of existing pipework and the sharp edges of the kitten cabinets all require much swearing & potentially more than one trip to a plumbing store. But I got it done in a couple of hours, all-told.
