I recently restocked the Amazon Grocery Ground Nutmeg (3.25 oz), and it’s been a delightful upgrade for my baking and cooking. The aroma is rich and warm—perfect for adding depth to holiday pies, homemade eggnog, creamy sauces, or even savory dishes like mashed potatoes. It has a slightly spicy, nutty sweetness that just feels cozy in every bite. The jar is practical and easy to use; the lid seals well, keeping the nutmeg fresh even after several months. I love that this size lasts forever since a little goes a long way, and it’s much more cost-effective than buying smaller tins. Overall, it’s a pantry essential—versatile, flavorful, and a really good value compared to higher-end brands.

I was hesitant because I saw some 1-star reviews saying the taste, color, and smell were off, but I’m very satisfied. I bought it because it was a little less than the amount specified in the recipe. When I compared it to the spices I bought at the market, the color, smell, and taste are identical. I used to avoid driving to the market just to buy one spice, but now I can order it on Amazon Prime and get it the next day, which is so convenient! I’ll definitely continue ordering it.

Nutmeg is nutmeg. This was a good amount for the price. Easy opening, tastes and smells the way it should. I'd say good quality for the cost. If I ever get through the container, I'll buy it again!

Opened up and Nutmeg spice was very lumpy and wet feeling. Have never had any do like this and the smell was not as potent as my McCormick brand for sure. Not satisfied but had to open before I knew but won't be ordering again. Correction on this review as I have just made my second custard pie and found that the nutmeg is just fine! I would purchase again as it was such a good price. I guess once I shook it up ect. it was fine.
