Much healthier alternative then regular supplements and has a great, clean taste. There is some feedback on here about how Ener-C doesn't dissolve as quickly as Emergen-C, but I haven't found that. If this is true for some, I'd still rather have a healthier version of a popular powder than opt for more sugar and chemicals that negates the reason for taking supplements in the first place.Ener-C has sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) as an ingredient, which is awesome because this helps give alkalinity to an otherwise highly acidic product. Our diets have far too much acid in them and for those that struggle with reflux, this is something to pay attention to. Citrus and many preservatives are often times triggers for reflux. Ener-C also has less sugar than Emergen-C, which is vital to note because there is no point in taking something to support your immune system when one of the ingredients (sugar) depresses it. It's counterproductive and a waste of money.Packets are small and easy to fit into pockets for travel, work, hiking, etc. Vitamin C is important for so many reasons (producing collagen, health, etc.) and if you're looking for a trustworthy way to supplement it, then I recommend this. Try it with alkaline water (Essence pH10 or Essentia) to soften its delivery to your stomach. Will purchase again.

Actually opted for Ener-C only because Emergen-C was always out of stock when I needed to replenish and must say it was a good choice! Ener-C is mostly if not always in stock when I check. I actually got three flavors from them at once and looking at the Supplement Facts (see image), it's very similar with some minor formulation differences.Key thing is it's easy to use - packets that you can mix with water to drink and get your daily dose of Vitamin C for immune support especially in these times. I have trouble swallowing pills so have opted for packets instead and they work fine. I did find the flavor to be a bit rather artificial, but it was also the case with Emergen-C and it's still decent tasting so it's not a big deal.Packaging is also a plus as there is a tear-off where you can remove the top part and easily get a packet out (see attached image).

Having used Emergen-c for myself and my patients on a daily basis since the early 1970's, I want the world to know that ENER-C is truly of the absolute highest quality and integrity, following the principles of 'Conscious, Cruelty-Free, Sustainable Nutrition'. A++!!I'd been regularly using 'Emergen-C' brand for over a decade, and swore by them...especially during cold/flu season. Expensive, but never knew there was another brand that essentially was the same thing.Then I saw these on Amazon, and for a much better price. I tried them and I'm hooked. THESE ARE DELICIOUS!My fav is the grapefruit-tangerine, but all of the flavors are great, they dissolve fast, even in colder water.I've even blended them into smoothies for an extra boost...FANTASTIC PRODUCT!!I've already been sharing them and promoting them to friends...so don't overspend on the 'better known' mentioned brand. THESE ARE AWESOME!! (and YES, THEY WORK! Instant energy boost, the healthy way!!)

Great product! Non-GMO, uses folate instead of folic acid....VERY important for absorption, and avoids problems from unconverted folic acid clogging neural receptors.

I normally buy the Raspberry flavor but at the time the Lemon-Lime flavor was several dollars less.The flavor is just OK. It's not objectionable just not particularly enjoyable like the Raspberry. Next time I'll spend the extra bucks and get the flavor I really like.The product itself is outstanding! Better nutrient wise than Emergen-C. More potasium, minerals. I have a heart condition and immuno issues so the potassium and B & C vitamins are perfect. And in today's foods we typically don't get enough minerals.This particular package seems old as there were clumps instead of the just powder. Given that the packets are foil lined and sealed well, that is the only explanation I could think of. This made it difficult to get dissolved, but not impossible. I won't buy from this seller again.

I like to have these on hand to carry in my bag or for trips when I'm stressed. I take one packet daily on trips and never get sick, even when flying, where I used to catch a cold or virus every trip I took. I keep one in my purse in case I feel like I might be coming down with something or if I know I was exposed to someone who's sick. This flavor is excellent, much better than the sour citrus flavors.

Tastes are highly individualized, I know. But I took a chance based on reviews. Have had a wonderful experience with a water flavor put out by Stur--not fakey at all. I was looking for a decent Vitamin Csupplement I could drink and enjoy. That this product DOES deliver the Vit. C (the reason it got an overall TWO stars) AND has minimal sugar are pluses. But the taste is terrible. I will work my way through this box, but would be reluctant to even order a different flavor later. No part of the taste, to me, resembles pineapple or coconut--just a semi-bitter additive that actually requires a chaser. I usually stay away from posting this negative of a review, but to anyone out there even looking for a flavor akin to Stur, THIS AIN'T IT! As I said, another flavor may not be so bad.

unfortunately I didn't check ingredients before I bought but colouring and sweeteners making it far from healthy, I had horrible allergie and had to through everything away. As ingredients are so bad I couldn't even offer to anyone else...

This is an excellent source of electrolytes for winter and summer. High in potassium which is great. Comes in various flavours and only 25 cal. No artificial flavours, colouring, and 1000mg Vit C

Good product. I felt a difference after taking for just under 2 weeks daily, also found them useful for warding off cold

thought i’d try a box of this as i was suffering with low energy everyday. after about a week i noticed an enormous difference. have even taken up another day at work even though it would have previously been a nap day.
