it is quite efficient
I think that the product is good enough. It reduce negative effects of some nootropics such as piracetam, for example. However, using 1 tablet a day in my case lead to allergic reaction.

It arrived with completely shattered glass jar. Product is not eligible for return so be careful ordering online. This was waist of money.

Don't like that it is combined with B6
I should have read the ingredients before buying. This contains 500% DV of B6 per 500mg pill. I get B6 from my multivitamin, and I like to take 1000-2000mg at a time, and don't want all that extra B6. This is why I don't like multi ingredient formulations.
