These socks are good for professional or casual wear, are very soft, and are thicker than most other dress socks. If your dress shoes rub parts of your foot a lot or you stand for long periods of time in dress shoes, these are a good remedy for it. The pattern is a nice touch too, and for $15, it's hard to beat for 5 pairs of dress socks.The only drawback is that they do not rise as far up on the calf as most other dress socks, though they do come up to just about your calf muscle (but not over it like most socks).

I don't love these socks. They are quite thick. So they really only make sense for wearing somewhere that is pretty cold. And even then once you get into your office I think you'll find them sweaty. Also they are pretty short.

Feels good and fits well.
