Great price, delivery first class, the glass cover extraction tool was excellent, it worked a treat, and the new glass cover replacement is not needed at the moment as I managed to get the old cover off without breaking it, thanks to the extraction tool. So why only 3 stars, well the bulb arrived totally shattered in its individual box. I definitely think that packaging of the bulb could be better – perhaps a bit of bubble wrap or tissue paper around the bulb itself and maybe brown paper inside the solid outer shipping carton to stop any movement of the 3 separate parts internally would definitely help. After some correspondence with the supplier, they are apparently arranging to send me a replacement bulb although its now been 10 days since they said they would send it and no sign yet. Edit : They instead credited me with the full purchase price😊

Perfect and easy to install.

Order two boxes. One box had missing part, incompete. Installed bulbs and broke on first use. Obtained a refund, sadly wouldn't use again.

I bought two of these sets to spruce up my double oven, but I chose them for the low price. The glass removal tool is good and enabled me to remove a stuck glass that I just couldn't shift by hand. The bulbs are cheap looking and, sure enough, both failed almost immediately. Of the two glasses I got, one is still doing fine but the other cracked and fell into my macaroni cheese the first time I put the oven on. So, the set is a good idea but let down badly on quality. Seller was absolutely fine about the refund though.

I was struggling to get the glass on our oven light undone to replace the bulb, so I decided to buy this kit. With a slightly warm oven, the plastic tool worked perfectly and undid the glass cover without breakage. After replacing the bulb with the one supplied, it lasted around 2 days before it popped which was really disappointing. I have replaced the bulb again with one from a well-known DIY store and all seems to be fine. I suspect the bulb supplied is not a high temperature oven bulb, just a standard cheap bulb.
