I wanted to like it
I couldn't stand the taste of this. It could be my own preference. I tried to like it but it tasted like burnt coffee. It is convenient that the coffee comes in individual packets. I didn't notice a difference as far as the weight loss effects. I'll just stick to regular coffee.
