Clafouti is a classic fruit and custard cake that was first made in France with cherries. Since then it has been made with many other types of fruit. It is easy to make and has less sugar than other cakes with sweetness derived from the fruit that is added. We have made a gluten free version of this classic that rivals the original. This is an easy desert or breakfast cake that is quite elegant. Each package has enough mix to make three clafoutis so with the 2-pack it can be made 6 times. Made in a gluten free facility.
