Not as expected
Disappointed with the lettering on the names on each one it was very small

Filled in proforma for the names to be added and it turned up with a lot of gibberish on it.

I was very excited for this delivery to arrive as it had the names of me and my favourite person, before placing the order I made Sure both names were spelt correctly and somehow you have still managed to get not one but BOTH names wrong! If one name got spelt wrong it would have been understandable but BOTH Like how do you even manage that? when I’ve written both names for you to copy. I waited so long for this order and it finally arrives and I’m just so disappointed with the outcome of it. If your going to sell personalised stuff then make sure what whatever your customers personalise is CORRECT whether that be names, initials or a personalised message. Very sad about this. The product may not be the best quality but the shape of the heart came out good.
