This item came delivered in a hilariously large DRY ICE styrofoam cooler. I kept it, because it's better and sturdier than anything I've ever seen before. LOL. I threw the dry ice out, of course.The sausage bits are exactly what you'd expect. It's the same thing your local pizzaria might use on their sausage pizzas. They have that taste you know and love. I like eating them plain when I'm making a pizza at home in the kitchen. So tasty.I've been obsessed lately with making homemade pizza, and this sausage product fits perfectly in with trying achieve cloning a pizzaria-style pizza. Now all I have to do is get the seasoning just right. One step closer!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This sausage crumble is very nice. Kinda heavy on the bell pepper, but otherwise very tasty. Cooks well, I find it best if braised or pan sauteed. In a wet dish, the bell pepper flavor will go everywhere, but it holds well and doesn't get rubbery. Very good choice for pizza.
