Pleasantly surprised at the quality, especially for the price. Sleeve bearings are fine but might have less than optimum life for some applications...if you want a fan to run 24/7/365 I would suggest paying a bit more for a ball bearing version.

Cooling fan
Fan was as described and delivered on time. I'm using it in a beverage frig to get it colder and keep the cooling plate from frosting up when set to max cold temperatures. Runs quiet and works great.

Sounds like they were off balance
After about a month of use both fans I bought started making loud humming noises, much louder then normal operating level. Sounds like they were off balance

I soldered my own cord on sealed it with liquid electrical tape n they work fine
