When you first see them, you think to yourself this is NOT enough cushoining. But when you put them in your shoes, it is a whole different story. They do a good job of shock absorbing both on the balls of your feet AND your heels. I have no room for the usual foamy inserts. The Footshox work just as well and way better than many I have tried -- even the thicker ones. This is because they "adjust" to your feet AS YOU ARE WALKING -- just as a proper suspension and shock system in a car. That's what you get with these. So I highly recommend them.

Their warranty was good. They replaced 6 pair within the warranty period. They kept blowing out. Good thing I ordered 2 pair. They were noisey but felt good when I wore them.

These are totally AWESOME! I have two reconstructed knees and these puppies are like walking on clouds.

I absolutely hated these.They put sharp pressure in the underside of the foot. Wearing these was torture.

Very good product; we bought two pairs (one for me and one for my wife) during the International AutoShow in Orlando Florida and after we got them on, we walked for over 5 hours getting in and out of every car, and at the end of the day we were feeling great, no tireness, no pain, nothing, like we were seating all day.We purchased this product before a couple of years ago also at the AutoShow and I used them for 2 full years and had no issues with them. Highly recommend.

I had mine for a year before they blew out, warrenty is for 2 years but i threw mine out. From hiking to running and work these insoles saved my feet and knees
