The dress was actually very nice but the size was not good. Wanted to return the item and the seller only credited me 10.00 and said have a happy life. I paid 56.99. Amazon did help me with this but customers need to know you can not get a refund or send it back

One reviewer wrote that this was a cheap dress. Actually, this dress is really well made. I ordered the wrong size and decided to take the dress apart and see if I could end up making something out of it. This dress was so well sewn that it took me a long time to get it taken apart. It was fitted so expertly together and sewn with multiple rows of small stitches, that I decided I would never want to attempt to make it the way that the seller's sewer did. It was my fault I ordered the wrong size. I was looking at the measurements for the 20W, but ordered the 18W. There was no way I could fault the seller for my mistake, especially considering how well this dress was made.

Ordered size according to size guide & usual ordering size. Dress was way too big & way too long & the material was very stiff. Did want to return it, but shipping is up to the buyer and the return label was confusing. A previous review said that it was almost impossible to return & get any refund & that appears to be true. Do not recommend buying from this company. I will donate this dress to a charity.

The dress is beautiful except then arm's are tight the bottom hangs well but the back is too tight the front is loose

Believe the size chart. I wear a 10 but skeptically ordered the recommended 16. It fit perfectly. It was way too long even though I am 5’10”. Had to return it because the design was too close to my daughter’s wedding veil design. We all agreed that would be weird. Would give this dress 5 stars except I had to ask the seller to refund my money. The return itself had been processed weeks before I noticed the refund had not come through. Probably a glitch in the company’s communication system. Always suspicious, I wonder if it would ever have been refunded otherwise?

My only concern is the sizing. I belong to a group of older ladies who dress in matching formals once a month for our meetings. Each member of the group has ordered one size up from their usual size. Still every one was too small, I ended up with a 18…… and I am a 14. And once you get past size 16 the back of the top portion is just the netting. Hey, need my back to be lined too………..so off to the seamstress to get it nipped in at the waste and use part of the inside of the skirt taken off and added to the back. So, now dress will be over $100 once I pay to get it properly made.

First off, Honeyveil's customer service is out of this world. They got back to me almost immediately with any questions I had. They are honest, fair and so easy to work with. Buying a dress on Amazon can be a little scary but not so with Honeyveil. I will purchase again.Second, the dress was absolutely beautiful. Very well made, thick fabric.... you would think I paid $500 for the dress. Some reviews commented that the top was sheer. It is but in a elegant way. There are bra pads and it is very tasteful. With the thickness of the tulle and the bra pads you do not see any skin whatsoever. I LOVE THE DRESS!!!
