I first purchased the 4.4mm to 2.5mm adapter to adapt my 2.5mm headphones cable to the IFI Hip Dac. Then I realized how useful the 3.5mm adapter would be so I ordered this adapter. When it arrived I was disappointed that it would sometimes cut out. The must have just been something a little off on that adapter. Instead of starting a return I emailed Geekria. They responded that same day quickly and shipped a replacement. The new adapter arrived today and it works great! These are high quality adapters with awesome customer service to back them up. The packaging is crazy nice too!

Fits great, light weight, self explanatory. I can't speak on if it works well cause the device I was buying the adapter for doesn't work. I'll have it handy thou incase I ever need one to test devices again. Nice sturdy materials used.

UPDATE: I actually wasn't inserting the jack (2.5mm) deep enough into the adapter. The last bit takes more force than what I was used to. Obviously for TRRS there are multiple contact points, like a lock keyway. The 2nd to last pin is deceptively difficult, and feels like you are bottoming out. But not tight enough to really retain the plug. You have to thrust for all your worth to get to the 4th and final contact. Do that and this adapter is actually tighter than any device (DAP, AMP, what have you) jack I have had the pleasure of inserting. Therefore your cable and the adapter essentially form a single unit. It's great. And only $10. i have other geekria products and they are all great so that brand trust led me to buy this adapter. well i don't know about you but i like a tight fit. the 2.5mm female port doesn't secure the jack too well. i mean there's a click and some pressure, but it takes only a light touch to slip out (to the next detent). this will probably result in pops and squeals which you probably wouldn't enjoy. but who am i to judge your proclivities? for $10 i won't bother to return it but i will find an alternative. otherwise it's a well finished metal adapter which seems high quality.

Works like it should. I needed a new cable for my Massdrop HD58X headphones so I got the balanced cable that Drop sells. This adapter allows me to use it on a standard 3.5mm jack. I only got the balanced cable because i like the ~1.2 meter length better than the 3 meter cable I could find.

Works. Good quality adapter

Out of the packet this impresses with the look and feel but the fit is poor such that a good connection is not made with the headphone plug. This causes frequent dropouts and loss of sound in one ear. I do not recommend this product.

Had an old ZTE earphone of exceptional sound quality with 2.5mm male pin. Now I can connect it to any present day female audio jack of 3.5mm and enjoy the sound once more

普段よく使うお気に入りのイヤフォンをQudelix-5K（ワイヤレス時）に2.5mmバランスプラグにリケーブル（MMCX）しているため、3.5mmへ直挿しするときにケーブルを付け直すのも面倒なので購入してみました。iPhoneのライトニング→3.5mmメス変換アダプター（ヘッドフォンアンプ兼用）経由の接続ですが問題なく使えます。アップルロスレスを十分楽しめます。この価格で、加工精度も良い。今は、ワイヤレスも安定してShure TW2などは手軽に高品質な音を楽しめますが、やはりじっくり音楽を聴きたいときは直挿しヘッドフォンアンプですね。

Para los que dicen que no les funciono este solo funciona para cables balanceados si tú entrada no es balanceada no será compatible para los que no son balanceados puedes buscar otras opciones porque yo lo probé con dos cables balanceados y funciona en ambos y tiene buen ajuste no tuve cortes..
